First,you need an any Black Dragon Dex/Str/Int helm and armor which already been disc.If any trully luck somehow you get the black dragon set,you can craft it with NPC Jet Black.IF YOU GET IT.:)

You Need a Black dragon Sets armour/helm than you need a dragon pet called smoke, if you have all 3 than you get a black dragon ring, if you don't have anyone of the things than you cannot get it, as all three of it only available during before the new Blacksmoke mountain map now is not available anymore.

You can use the Mitas dragon instead of Smoke to get the ring.

So if you want to get the black dragon ring, you need at least 100M gold and at least 500 plat, if you are lucky.

If you have the money for it (which I don't even know how much it is anymore. 40mil+?)
And if you find a legit seller, i believe mitas works with the set. Which you'll most likely have to spend a couple thousand plat on.

To get the actually ring you must equip the vanity version of the helm, armor and dragon. Once equipped, you get the achievement which gives you the black dragon ring.

I have all 5 dragon sets uncrafted (black, blue, red, green and gold). :)

Too bad I quit PL, but if I ever decide to come back, they are all in my inventory. The reason why I never crafted was that I only have 2 elite vanities, so I could not combine a dragon ring with the elite ring, so no point really in crafting any dragon sets. I kept waiting for STS to give me a way to get that third elite vanity, but if I still played PL, it seems that I would be wishing forever.

As I already have gold cap and all of the desirable items that I could possibly want, I don't see what you could give me that I would have room to store or that could possibly be useful to me. In addition to the dragon sets, I also have a demonic mace set and the level 75 crafted scythe set. Unless there are some new valuables that have come into existence in the last year, I have everything I could already want.

That's another reason why I quit... PL was getting way too easy as there was nothing that was very rare anymore. AL has the arcane items which are so rare that they go for tens of millions yet are NOT discontinued. Kind of the same way dragon sets used to be back in mid-2012. The game gets very boring when everything is easily obtainable or discontinued.
