Elixir Question

First of all I would like to say I love this game. I havent played an mmo since Everquest (yes I resisted the urge to play WoW) and the fact that I can play on my android is amazing. Its a Google Nexus One and the game plays flawlessly. I have been playing not quite a week and just bought some plat. I bought an elixir but couldnt seem to find it in my inventory anywhere, are they automatically consumed when purchased?

Once you buy the elixir it is effective immediately, so don't buy one till you plan on using it.

Yup consumed once purchased. So its a good idea to use it when you actually want to use it. And always do it in the clear, never with the chance of dying. I've seen countless people do elixirs and go back to a dead character, wasting the elixir money. =/

Also try not to buy elixers with plat buy with gold(inless if they took it out haven't played for a while too busy on black ops).
