I am using an iPad air and I have tried to load the game and when it gets there! it just crashes. Now I tried uninstall and reinstalling the game too and it still does that. Can you please fix this ASAP?

I pad air has really low RAM: only 1gt. That causes some apps crash, like safari and store. Apple knows this issue and fix update is coming soon. If you want to try, reseting your ipad might help and fix the issue:
Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
It Might fix the problem (i found out it does in some cases)

^1gb ram is fairly enough to run games like PL, you just cant run Photoshop, and (i dunno..) Garageband, and iPhoto at once.
If all else fails, either go to an apple store and ask for help, or sell iPad Air, and get either the regular iPad, or another tablet, Smart phone, or play with Chrome on your computer
