Graphic bug

Hello since 17 january when I do fullscreen with F11 (as I usually did with google chrome) I have this graphic bug that comes and goes in a fraction of seconds (it's pulsating)

Now, I've noticed that chrome has done an update infact there is a new kind of bar (picture 2) but I've also done a java update so I want to understand if the bug is related to chrome or java or to arcane legends

The intresting fact is that when I'm not in fullscreen the graphic is ok.
If anyone got my same problem or knows a solution please tell me

Try turning on and off the "Double Pixel" in the options. If this doesn't fix it, it's probably CPU or graphics card driver related.

I've been having problems too lately playing through chrome. I've tried everything. No luck yet.
