First off, are 10 twinks effective and can they get pinks?
And also, are intbears a possibility?

I've seen them, they are mostly a novelty though. As for pinks, they are around but are rare x10.

I have seen few, int bird is more affective at level 10. As for pinks, there might be a nature Mage robes of mastery level 10 somewhere, but GL getting one, if one even exists yet. Other than that no. The pink level 10 robes are so rare you might as well say there aren't any level 10 int pinks. But yes, int bird is the best int I have tried as for level 5-10 lately.

As far as twinks 19 is really the way to go. Most twinks are level 19. Lv20 is growing fast. Up to u really. Yes there is pinks level 10 but they are the rarest items in the game.

Cuz a 20 u can equip lvl20 plat items,
20 has 5 more attribute points for str dex or int
A 20 has one more skill then the 19.

Yes, but with the new updates, one level won't make a difference. PvP is now also based on skill and skill rotation.
