Runescape actually. The falador (originally camelot) party room. Host of drop parties and also in the good days, you could host private drop parties.
Plus no, we already have contests with people giving free gears away and you can also give stuff free in trade or in the give option.

Lol a pocket legends drop party would be a slack off of a drop party... The gear would be junk and there is no real way to make a ton of profit to support the amount of good items needed to make a good party. I don't think people packin 12 wraith armors would want to drop em too..
