What about this new skills for upcoming expansion?

Storyline:
The heroes of Arlor after defeating the evil wizard tarlok thought the dreadful portals around thier world had been sealed forever but they were wrong.
Out of the portals just before the evil wizard was definately defeated a cannibal tribe, the evil dragkins, and the king of all dragons, Rendtail managed to escape from the evil dimension invading Arlor and swearing to take our heroes heads.
The enemies seem stronger (rendtail), evil(dragkin) and sexier(dragkin queen) than never before, will our heroes survive this time?

Quest:
After defeating the lord of dragons rendtail and capping to level 41 you can access the new skills and seize the power of a dragon king in your hands.


DRAGON FURY (ROGUE)
The rogue focus and incarnalates the power of Rendtails rage on his weapon.
37.5mana,30sec cd, +25dex, 25% chance to proc flame doing additional dmg.

-increase dmg by 15%.
-increase critical chance by 10%.
-increase duration by 5s.
- 10% of dmg dealth is added to your health.


DRAGON SCALE (WAR) :
The war skin becomes as hard as the scales of the dragon king.
21.5mana,30sec cd, +25 str neglects 10% of incoming dmg.

- increase dmg by 15%
- increase armor by 10%
- increase duration by 5sec
- charging the skill taunt enemies around you.


DRAGON FLAME (MAGE):
The mage focus and covers its body with the devouring heat of rendtail flames.
116 mana,30s cd,+25int, Health regeneration increase by 15%.

- 25% chance of reflecting 50% of incoming dmg.
- 25% of incoming dmg gets assorbed by mana.
- Increase dmg by15%
- Increase duration by 5sec

Wow these ideas are great! Each one would be great for every class. Few questions though...How long would the reflecting damage last? Would it be just for that one hit or for a certain amount of time? Would it take a % of the dmg and reflect it onto the opponent? Would it stack with curse (I can see this being a slight problem then again it only has a 10% chance)?

With warriors dragon scale would the neglected dmg stack with juggernauts 20% ( I believe it does this I don't play warrior much so someone may have to correct me on this)

All the skill last 10secs no 5sec upgrades.

The reflection last as long as the skill is active and It takes 50% of damage and reflects it on opponents.
It stacks with curse and yep its just 10%

For warriors the dragon scale stacks with juggernaughts.


Nothing is fixed though the most important thing is adjusting all the skills so they are balanced. c:

-You gave us a 5% damage reduction which is not much. You gave rogues a 25% chance to proc damage and Warriors a 10% armour buff. Both are better than -5% dmg. You dont specify a duration so it is hard to say if the extra 5 secs of 15% damage makes up for the obvious short stick.
-You gave us a small mana boost that we really don't need anyway. Mana depletion is not an issue (pvp) and even if it were this wouldn't put a dent in it.
-The cooldown is so long that a different offensive attack with a shourter cooldown would be far more effective overall.

Props for creativity but needs work on execution.

Read the skills better they are somewhat op for mages and have different upgrades than corrent skills so they must have a long cd.

Well I was trying to politely tell you that your ideas are unoriginal and impossible to be implemented due to the fact your only aim was to get attention, thus you made them sound like what you think is "cool".
