Ok well on the Kindle App Store Pocket Ledgends is available but it's the only Ledgends game available there, so Im wondering why no AL? Or if there are plans to put it up on the App Store and it just hasn't happened?

On the Kindle, I had the same problem. You can follow this link, it gives exact directions on how to get AL on Kindle Fire.
