Go to the end of the level, there is a portal there.

Host Game and Creat a Haven Forest Chapter 4 Game
You will see Klutch for a quest

Host a game, via the world map, or hit "Go To" when highlighting the quest name on the log. To go from 3 to 4. Just take the portal at the end. PS, Pharcyde got damaged by zombies;)

You can hit the World Map, hit JOIN GAME. There are always lots of Forest Haven games going on. Just find 4...., tap it, and JOIN it. Forest Haven games tend to be in front of the list, but if you have to you can enter "Haven" in the campaign filter and SEARCH.
I often use existing games to move around, like getting to Shifty when the Haunted Mansion was going on, or getting to the Ranger Captain guy with the new Balefort addition. I go to Wyldwood, which takes me near the entrance, and exit and viola! I turn in quest and/or get quest. You can do the same with the Rusty Miner to save some walking :)
