Hey guys,
Am i the only one that feels like support is extremely slow or they just stopped with support.
I understand most people will say just be patient because STS is working hard.
But it has been a month since I sent the email and I have not a received a reply.
It is also an extremely important subject that needs to be addressed as quick as possible.
I really did not want to bring it to the forums but things need to be resolved, I've waited long enough.
Would an admin/mod/or any STS staff reply.

I found a time they reply insta-fast like 10mins after I sent.

Well I received an Auto Email saying it was because of the holidays so I assume thats why its taking a month because of Christmas and all but try resending and they will get back to you I assure :adoration:

it just feels like a superstition but do any of you guys feel like they dont respond to your reply..
like for example they give u a reply and u reply back... never seem to get a reply back.. i always end up sending it as a new mail

No. For example they banned you permanently, 90% of the cases they won't unban you, so they ignore because of that. As if it's important or not, it doesn't matter.

I sometimes wrote to support for several years, sts always helped me. If my request was unrealizable they answered me in the letter and specified the reasons , sincerely many thanks to guys sts))
