How to find next quest

My PC is 17 levels and I am unable to
Figure out how to find a new quest... My hint says to speak to Bayer but he brushes me
Off. What to do? Thanks

Be sure to check all npcs in the different levels of forest haven. Also check around town, sometimes a quest must be completed before being able to start the next one.

Ignore Bayer, hes a butthole. Run around forest haven, dark forest, or baletfort castle until you find a quest.

Ok, thanks, that clears up a lot. So, I completed quest are not always found in the quest log? Also, is there no way to see a record of completed quests? By the way, did I say Thank-you? Trying to get Bayer to help me was very frustrating!

Just be sure you aren't doing the <daily> quests, as they don't give you credit. You can see # of quests completed per campaign on the world map
