Pit Sword of Potency?

What are the opinions of this weapon? I now have a LVL 35 Perfect Gemmed Mighty Trollbane of Potency. I have a LVL 35 Perfect Gemmed Pit Sword of Potency available to me as well if I want to buy it. What should I pay? How much is too much? What's it worth and does anyone know the proc frequency?

I prefer Pit Sword over Trollbane but it's up to you.
It's obviously not as good as Glaive or Maul but I would take Devourer Maul of Potency instead of trollbane or pit sword, proc says it all
