how do you do this quest? I can't figure it out. Anything would be most helpful :)

Ah, this one is so annoying because you end up doing it like 8 times, but all at the wrong times for each one.

I think it's: find the chick's ghost in the Rook hideout. Then kill the end guy in the Hauntlet. Then back to the chick. Then fight Rutger and hope the quest actually goes through, because there are like 5 different quest-lines that have you needing to fight Rutger.

I think there is a quest guide in the guides section of the forum.

Hahaha I think there is a book in kragg tomb(I forgot the level check all) when you clear the tomb there will be a book near boss spawn go and read it and it will give you the quest to kill Rutger :) Hope it helped :)
