I use int behr at 35 beat some inheritance 40's.
Gear/stats:
Enuff int for paw and fiendish head
Rest dex
Hween int set
Armor ring (I use golden band of technique (there are better armor/dodge ring out there not sure tho. I don't rely on rings on my bear that much lol. #allboutdatHS))

Build:
6 rage 6 hs 6 cb 4 beckon 3 stomp 1 SMS 1 cripple 1 venge 6 taunt (rest IB, taunt, or some more slashes ur choice)
Combo:
Bear v bear (hard)
Hs (at 8m) cb stomp beckon hs cb (don't ever slash near a str bear keep that range just get close for cb) *dont ever cb hs even if cb is done cooling down first*

Bear v Mage (easy)
Beckon hs cb cripple venge SMS cb hs (stay super close. This time spam cb instead of hs but cb needs to be CLOSE) beckon stomp (when u think they r low)

Pretty much all the classes you'll be fighting.
But... Here's a few tips for rhinos and foxes
Rhino:
Beckon Stomp SMS first (let them waste their guardian) do an hs (they will probably guardian) stomp SMS stomp SMS stomp SMS (till they run out of guardian) (when they out of guardian) beckon hs cb slashes stomp

Foxes: hs stomp SMS once they leap at ya. Then they leap again, cb hs slashes beckon stomp

Birds: beckon hs cb stomp sms WAO PROOOO

Always stay at 8m vs str bears. Stay close vs dex.#allboutdatHS

umm. id rather use black cat shield with 3 dodge, but thats my preference :)

Fiendish head gives 4 dodge. More dodge the better, and cat shield is str. U need as much hit as possible (100 or less is not enuff hit)

I recall that the 35 Fiendish Shrunker Bracer has 4 dodge which is more than the Black Cat shield. On second thought, the bracer has (I think) 6 less armour.

I is too poor I blew my money on gifts. And since black cat is 200k, id sacrifice the 1 dodge. The black cat has more armor anyway ^.^

30+ bear is really all about luck unless u still use the oldies set (copperhead, shivering) otherwise maxing dodge is the way to go (gear wise and build wise (but that's 35+))

I won 40 plat packs with Shiv talon set and Copperhead set many times before, requires lots of skills, and lots of luck.
