Am I the only one? I got tired of having to use my brothers iPod since mine was stolen in the summer to play and him constantly nagging for it "it's my iPod get you're own d**k wad" I decided to buy that new sexy 4g iPod touch. I'm in love with it, it's amazing

BUT

I lag like no tomorrow when I play PL on it, meanwhile my brother has no issues. I turned off push notifications, yada yada yada, but it's still sooo slow. I heard people on iPhone 4's are having issues as well.

Any solutions?

I shut off all my push notifications, too, but have yet to solve the probl. I didn't realize it was a bigger problem on iPhone 4 -- I would think it would be better able to handle it. :(. It does get super annoying at times.

Maybe 4th gen devices spec that cause it because my friends who uses 4G iphone have the same problems too. Maybe the next update should fix it. Hope so.

Altho, come to think of it, many of the times I lagged last night, others said they were lagged as well. I doubt they were ALL on 4th gen devices..

Lol maybe. Me myself using 3GS iphone have no trouble connecting. But a bit of lagging , high pings and sometimes till infinite number lol.

My iPhone 4 has 3k-23k ping and i noticed it yesterday when i played with it but with my Galaxy Tab my ping is 150-300. I don't know what's going on but it wasn't like that before with iDevices.

I think it's cause I have a zillion apps running. Stupid multiple tasking.. How do I turn it off? I'm too used to the pre4g so I think that pressing home once is enough to close it down

How do you have it? Mines double click the home button, and as you know, you hold the apps and a little red circle with a white line in it, and you press that and delete them 1 by 1.

EDIT: You asked how do you turn off multi-tasking? Ehhh, now that I don't know how to do. It's built in the 4g device isn't it?

Today- Pink cowgirl hat

Future- Getting second to last in pageant shows!:D

On another note. Some people have complained about the lag on a new 4th gen, but Futumsh always comments saying his works fine.
