L15/L16 PvP

Hey, just a few questions about this level range. I'm a L15 Sorcerer atm, but I dunno if I should stay L15.

-Is L15 better, or L16? I'm not asking which has the better advantage of lower levels, but which is more "popular?"

-What guilds are around L15/L16?

Does anyone have a guild I can join? :P I get teamed a lot because I don't have a guild, and I beat a L16 rogue like 6-4 or something and he raged, and got his guild to 4v1 me.

-Should I (as a Sorcerer) go for max damage, or max armor/health?

I started at lvl15 but i moved to lvl16.

The guilds there are:
MP Allstar
Mvpvp
Cryfamily
Indonesian People
I Fellow I
Blacksouls
I Rebirth I
Astig Pinoys
Mac Apple Twinks
Grins
And others...

And for the build, as a fellow Sorc id say ill go for max dmg.

lvl 16 is better than 15. if u lvl 16 join mvpvp and cryfamily, or indonesian people, or mp allstar. all others are mostly ganging trashtalking noobs :d

grins is a good guild, most are good players but it is not active as before.
MP allstar is active, mostly tanks which can help you (as a sorc) in wars .
fellow is good too but its a small guild
astig pinoy got friendly players but always at lag moment (haha sorry mates :p )

not sure with the rest as i've visited them long time ago, idk if something has been changed from xD

16 is lot more popular because when I made a lvl 15 twink I was constantly getting ganged because only guilds in 15 that I have seen there nowadays are I fellow I Latinos twinks and champions league in some games
