When I was a kid , played Red/Blue/ versions and saw season 1, my favorite three instantly became Pinsir, Scyther, and Kanghaskan as I progressed. Although theres no argument the first Pokemon I ever admired was Charmander. Mainly due to playing RED before even watching the cartoon.
