Should I have my Mage over 200 INT?

Is there a skills bonus for Mages like there is for Warriors with over 200 STR?
Kinda like a level 6 instead of the level 5 skill max?

It's not 200 skills, but if you put 200 points into Strength for Brear, some of your skills power will increase over the level 5.

The 200 is just an example, skills increase with any added str.
