Here in Florida we see snow once every 10 years. I know some of you think this is nothing but in Florida we are not prepared for storms like this. Give us a hurricane and we will be ready in no time! Most offices and school were closed yesterday and today. We got mostly ice here but an hour north there was so much snow :(

I just wanted to share some photos with you all:

Actually I miss snow.

My area's supposed to be colder than this.

Instead we only had a couple weeks of low 20s, teens at night. That was it. Now it's highs almost in 70s, lows like 39-40.

However, if this continues for like 6 months… well, that'd be great weather.

Here in Ohio it was supposed to be warmer than normal winter (that's like 30-50 degrees) and instead we've had record cold temperatures, snowfall every other day, high wind every day, and yesterday it got to -40 with the windchill. On the farm we keep losing animals to the cold in the past weeks.

Thanks for sharing pictures! Here in Virginia we get snow all the time, and we take it for granted. In fact, to many of us, it's kind of a nuisance haha xD

I had a coach that used to say, "Snow is of the Devil." I've pretty much come around to his way of thinking :P

I miss living in Virginia :(. I spent 7 years of my childhood there. I feel ya though, I remember the winters would get quite a bit of snow, especially where I lived in the mountains. But no matter how much snow I got there it still couldn't get rid of the beauty of the Appalachians :).

I got nothing to say about Maryland.... Probably the same as Virginia since they right next to each other.

We're lucky most of it melted so we only have about 2feet and the roads are icy and with the windshield it feels like it's -45°C
