[Suggestion] remake frozen effect from ice puddles

For the longest time I couldn't figure out why my character stops moving.. then realized that it was from stepping on the ice. There should be a much more visible effect to show what is happening. Make the character become enclosed in a brick of ice! Instead of barely noticeable blue mist effect
