Leveling Help for Warrior

Question 1: Best places to level from 15-36 (or 41)?
2: When is a good time to update gear? (ie every 5 levels)
3: What is a good PvE build?
4: Not including WT4, what are the best places to level?

I would recommend upgrading your gear every 5 or so lvls.

Exp Farming Preferences:
15-17 Ydra
18-21 Dead City
22-23 Kraken
24-27 Nordr
28-36 Shuyal

Build:
I use Skyward Smash, Windmill, Vengeful Blood, and Horn of Renew. All stat points in strength.
