Chances are they won't reply. If you want a chance for a reply just put AL in the title

Just sit tight. The automated reply is to let you know that they have received your inquiry. I am sure they will respond to you within a couple of days. It certainly took them no more than this to reply to my query a fortnight ago. Patience ;)

I contacted STG support recently (December). Their reply came shortly (1 day) after the auto-reply message, just like in you case, Babies.

In my opinion they do a pretty good job.
