Idea for report button abuse: Level restrict its use.

With all the sitting about town or browsing in store and getting reported for such, an idea just floated onto the l'il ole head: How about level restrict the report button?

Either make it so you can use it only at level 18+ 1xp, so any punishment is meaningful

OR

until you reach level 18+ 1xp (or level 19), you can only use the button once a day. OK, maybe twice, but basically it's restricted.

Oh, per account I suppose. So if you have a character in the account that's above level 18.

I don't agree only because no harm comes to using it. If the person being reported is innocent then they have nothing to worry about. Not only this, but new players may get picked on more often than high tier players, so it would make sense to allow them the ability to report at an early stage of the game.

I don't think this will work out, someone being reported means that they broke the rules. If we were restricted on reporting people that are breaking the rules what's the point of reporting them then if we are limited on reporting.
There should be a category of things you can report on.

I just feel that it wastes dev time. I don't really agree with that idea, but maybe a message that pops up after hitting report could be "warning, wrongful reportings can result in loss of report button/bans/both.

Sometimes people do it by accident though.
