Lvl 18 rogue respec help

I want to respec my rogue because i feel I did it wrong. I am not planning on doing any PvP im strictly PvE. Im not spending any money on the game. I would like to know they best setup for her. I thought that the skills had to all be upgraded in a row instead of hosing which upgrades you want so i feel I wasted alot of skill points. I also didnt use any on passive because i didn't know you could. So if someone could help me out and give me advice on what to upgrade and how much that would be awesome!

use this build:
Aim shot 5/5

Shadow Pierce 4/5 (exclude armour reduce upgrade)

nox bolt 5/5 or razor shield 5/5
(whichever u prefer as it is free respec weekend so respec as u will)

Shadow veil 4/5 (exclude explosion upgrade)
it is lvl 19 build tho.
after lvl20
while u get lvl up each level give in passives: (in order )
dexterity 5/5
critical 5/5
dmg 5/5
knowledge 2/5

Drop shadow veil between large mobs so that ur party get less dmg and does high dmg instead. then use nox bolt( or razor shield) and spam aim shot.

at boss drop bomb (near boss if u r dagger rogue) from safe distance and spam only aim shot by staying under that veil. when u see boss's red area use charged shadow pierce.

if ur HP gets low use shadow Pierce (charged one is recommended) during group of mob fight. at boss use potions.
