cant respec or trade

I've got a lvl 3 twink I've had for months. Noticed I can't trade with others and just this weekend saw I can't respec. I want to go full offense with skills vs having heal for pvp.

Don't want to reset character either as I have nice ctf stats, mythic banner, and inventory/auction slots and nice pets.

I understand restrictions in early game But its not fair to low lvl twinks

You can trade lvl 5+. So you have to be at least lvl 5 to trade with other players.

I'm sure the same reason applies to respec.

I understand the trading restriction but not allowing respec isn't preventing any exploit or anything, just weird. I guess respecializing a lvl3 wasn't considered at all; such low level twinks are bound to be just farmers anyway.

I'm not. Its fun to beat up on lvl5 rogues and then they swap teams to check me out lol and go wtf?

I mean seriously...I can craft/upgrade stuff but not respec? I want my lightning lol
