Is Gale a good skill to use when leveling?

Yes imo. The 50% armor buff can be beneficial, and there are those times when you are busy with your inventory, and all the other people are wayyy ahead of you in the map. You can use the dash to help.

That's what I thought people used it for. I'm gonna try it and if I don't like, I'll go back to Frost.

PS: Do you have a 23-27 character? Thought it would be fun to level. :)

Gale keeps the mobs off of you if you are soloing but that is pretty much the only instance I would spec it. Dash is a liability except to flag or if wasting two skill points to catch up is worth it to you. Other than a handful of people who know what they are doing, Gale will just piss off your party to no end.
