i have two solution for u

1. buy better device which has 1 GB RAM
2. play on pc via chrome browser

Also need normal internet as 3G, no mobile internet

try downloading the APK file, if it doesn't work then you need a new device

APK file... there are no APK file, you just have to press that download button on Google play, or Itunes store... what are you downloading?
