I don't use it. And I guess nobody does, it's notable how much the difference is, but spending 1sp just for that I'll rather put it on damage or anywhere else.
For pve and pvp you can heal tour party just picking positions and times

have only been testing in elite shuyal, it make you able to support any players inside your clock range while maintaining safe range outside of rooted enemies

but in a case where enemies can't be rooted, damage is still the priority...

It works well but is never really needed. In pve you should be using pots and specing another offensive skill. In pvp that point is more valuable elsewhere.

If u take Shield don't upgrade range... just use shield to get close

Waste of a point. Heck the whole healing skill is a waste.

This is coming from someone who used it from leveling to 31 and then endgame to 36 who switched last year to shield and never looked back.

If you must have heal then points to consider is really the mana recovery upgrade.
