Disconnected From Server - HELP!

So, whenever i play on my android, about every 3 minutes i will get disconnected from the server, but it works fine on my iphone.

I tried restarting my router, reinstalling PL, clearing the cache, restarting my device, and much more but nothing works, help please anyone? Thanks! :D
