There needs to be a way to temporarily "hide". When you zone in and are in a hectic fight the last thing you need is bunches of random pug friends spamming you over and over to join some zone.

remove them from friends list

That's what I do when someone spams me. Rudest thing you can do in the game is spam invites.

Really? That's the rudest thing you could think of? Guess you've had the luck of playing with only the most considerable people ;)

So what do you think is the rudest thing you can do?

If I'm not in an instance, then I don't mind if they shoot me the invite and if I removed all the rude people there wouldn't be many people left to play with :(

Yeah I just ignore them there DOES need to be a ghost mode, or something to limit invites. You can't see what your fighting and if your in inventory can't see what your doing :/

My biggest pet peeve is people who dont say they can't afford a pot until after the rest of the group is potted up. Or people who just leave at that point. Could have said something when we announced that we're planning to pot up.

Others:
Leeching, begging, trying to buy the clothes off my back when I never said I'm selling, spamming through friends list that you're selling something.

Invites I can forgive as long as they don't send 10+ at a time, flooding my screen. I think I've only had to add two people to my ignore list because of this, in my entire time playing. I've deleted friends or added many more people to my ignore list for the reasons above.

No it is when a person spams invites, like 10 invites in a row- that deserves a delete and ignore. Just 1 or 2 invites is polite and easily ignorable.

Agreed. I guess I just haven't encountered that as much as other nuisances.

I think if the friend locations showed all the time and not just sometimes it might cut down on invites during games. Or am I the only one who has a problem with the locations showing?

The location notification thing is extremely broken. It appears to be entirely random when it does work.

I posted about it in th bugs section, hopefully the devs will take notice.

I chitchatted with G about it the day it came out, he seemed to think whatever we talked about was good to consider. He must have totally forgotten about it though...

Or.... It would be nice if we could have /dnd (do not disturb) and it appears on our friends list infront of your name.

That way they can tell that you don't want to be bugged..

/AFK is needed too lol.

I just kind of assumed the locations only showed if they were joinable...? But maybe not. Like I have a clue :P

Nope, bc I can join people with nothing under their name and end up in town with them.
