Do u mean the restore questline of the mythic armor or just the 'mythic' achievement?
You have to be level 36 and have a mythic set (lvl 31 armor and lvl 26 helm). Talk to the Hermit in Forest Breach, i think (Or one of the shuyal maps. I cant remember). He'll be in a little cave in the map.

Fun quest except for last part to get helm... it takes quite a while to get all the missing pieces... you'll get sick of bouncing back and forth looking in crates and barrels for sure. :^} Good luck.
