About 4:45pm GMT I logged into arcane legends to do the famous 'monkey balls' quest. Usually I do this in a solo run (in case I find krunch I can invite friends etc). During the run I got a party invite for elite dead city. Little did I know that by accepting it, it would trigger a hidden mechanism that would lock the map preventing anybody accessing to my location. I told them to wait until I had cleared the map. That being said I ploughed on through the mariners reef slaughtering all that came in my path. When I finally got to the end I kill the boss there and BOOM guess who was there?!??

I was excited of coarse! I quickly type:
/p guys your gonna love this krunch 2 is here!!!
After waiting 5 minutes and no one turning up the following messages were sent in the party chat:
ME: Can you join?
THEM: No I can't
ME: Check your inventory
THEM: No still can't join
Then I figured that the map had locked after this had happened to me last year helping a bunch of level 20s through nordr. So I then typed:
/p don't worry I'll solo the map must have locked.
So I started my battle with krunch II it was a tough troll vs smurf battle. I would almost win then he would pound me with his hammer and I would be lifeless. The thing about solo fights is that it has to be "perfect", meaning no flaws/flawless. So I died 3 times and once he reset after I ran too far away. However once I had studied krunch's movements and way of fighting I was able to predict which attack would come next and make alterations to my movements to dodge him.
As the battle progressed I found myself tiring but I mentally pinched myself and told myself not to rush. Slow and steady always wins, never be hasty when you know that an opponent like krunch can be easily outwitted. By the time I had got to diminishing half of krunch's life it was 5:15 pm and I kept ploughing on constantly spamming mana potions.

Then finally at 5:27pm krunch fell on his face!
I stood there amazed as something pink fell from krunch and in that split second that the item dropped until my pet pick it up I thought:
What if it was a firesquid......
That though lingered in my head for another tenth of a second then I saw this on my screen:
YOU HAVE RECEIVED: ARCHTECT HELM OF WILL.
After my epic battle I just wanted to post this to congratulate myself on killing krunch II on my own and receiving valuable loot also!
I know for I fact that if I did not move closer to my router I would have never won this battle. Thank you all for reading this :)
