gl, but without an in game guild system, you will find it hard as all of your guild "tools" so to speak of are outside of the game. With guildless we just run loose affiliations with the other members till guilds are in system.

Now (and just before completing cyberquest #1 lol) I got some dex & strenghth pinks from the new quest, sold it and bought a complete mage-kit. I look awesome! :cool:

Yeah I have no idea if they have procs or not. Mage one is way beter than Cosmos and Cyber cosmos. The Hate is about the same you win on some areas and lose on some. Still these sets don't have any type of bonus (Yet). They do give more armor and DPS and in the case of Hate more mana regen (2 more) but you lose HP regen.

The Mage gives a 24 health and mana regen(unbuffed). I have 107 armor too not bad for cloth armor.

PS Arterra is your main a dual spec pally? If it is can you post a SS with the stats with Full rift.

Well I'm just a member of AEO but the events take place in town (more player limit there) or campaigns ( 5 player limit but multiple hosted games). Events can range from pvp -having a fun time with your fellow guildies. My view on this guild is that this is a guild where you can meet quality players and have a fun time enjoying the game. :)

Ouch that will be annoying for new members. I guess too many it bad, but still saddening :(
In games with lots of members but limited alliance space, there are quite a few teams making low level hubs, elite hubs, and normal hubs as separate teams, with different mods and everything.
We can have:
AeO Admirals Club - Major officers and organizers
AeO - normal one, officials include 1-2 people reporting to and from top brass. Has some power over player, but mostly representative.
AeO spawning pool - newbe test ground, and for new joiners in general. 1-3 mod members also representatives.

Can i make a suggestion. For people recruiting, Before you invite someone to the guild you should go through some of there forum posts to see if they are "semi" mature. (Other requirements)

This could save us from what happened with the other guild.

Or better yet on your forums Jespo you could make an application thread and have people submit there application there saying why they want to join and when there normally on etc. Then your recruiters and you could say yes or no to the applicant.

It would make the progress more organized.

level 50 character
at least 5,000 kills
completed minimum 60 quests
own a set (shadow, rift, void, cosmos)

if a character does not meet all these requirements,they can still be accepted by:

a 2/3 council vote

OR accept everyone and categorize them.
-people with 2+ lv50s, a number of quests, and a solid understanding of PL and rep to boot gets full membership. little to no testing really needed, but to confirm matturity.
-people with a recent first 50, make sure to check skills carefully to see powerleveling signs, or immaturity. if they have good understanding, membership doable. if need work, either ask them to come again, or to join remedial classes*
-people not yet 50 on main char need to either come back later, or enter some mentor program if deemed workable. should check for maturity off the bat to see if worthy. most likely requires a recommendation from member with good rep, and if they recommend they have to train.

remedial classes: includes a little pvp background and stat allocation quizzes. mostly making sure they know the principles of proper rushing, luring, clearing, surviving, and group work. example: how fast can they kill a bear in pvp, try out a lorekeeper solo, and successfully keep with group in a ao2 map 4 rush (no killing) and a ol rush (pots -1 point, if they can be in ol killing with no tank pot then they pass a few steps lol)

this all would require the ordering of the team of course. having assigned trainees and trainer officers needed.

lol sorry but looks a little lengthy, but i guess it might have to be. remember, while this may be a good and necessary application for WoW guilds we are not exactly applying to college. editing to show what a casual player looking to go elite should look forward to, also taking into consideration the way PL works

maybe basically the same, but just a few additions specific to PL and a few stuff put together. notice the requirement for a few sentences is gone. trust me, you will not need more than 2. if they dont say much, you dont expect much.

Yeah It was just a example template I made. Lol you should of seen one of the apps I filled out for a hardcore guild in wow.... Took 45 min to fill out.... Before I quit wow (about 8 months ago) that guild was in the top 1000 in the US.

But like I said if you make the guild application more thorough it will actually show you who is willing to put the effort in there application. It also can show the maturity level of the person and if they are here for the long haul.

But you are right, this is casual guild and a casual mmorpg. So a quick 5 min app should do just fine. :)
