Alterra's Elite Organization

This guild is to bring all types of different people together into one group and become the best that we can while working together. This will not be just your ordinary guild experience. Here everyone is far more friendlier and EVERY member knows each other. As a guild we will run events and have prizes for the winners. Here we are not focused on being the biggest guild but more on bringing members together to have fun.

co-leader: someone to be right next to me and help out with the guild

PvP Leader: Any information or help needed with PvP and getting events started can obtained from this person
PvP leader:

banker: someone that will have enough room to store the best of the best pinks donated to the guild.

event organizers: People that like to make fun little tourneys for the guild or host farming sessions

recruiters: The main people that would be dedicated to bringing others around

Designer: the person who of course would be designing logos and other things like that for the guild

Guide writer: of course he writes guides for the guild to help out
Guide Writer: Conradin


Requirements: A lv45 character, 2/3 council votes, have to meet EVERY member

If you are interested in becoming a member of Alterra's Elite Organization then please private message me or rangepwnsmeel in the same format as the questions are written. The examples are of course the way that i would apply.

GL, but without an in game guild system, you will find it hard as all of your guild "tools" so to speak of are outside of the game. With Guildless we just run loose affiliations with the other members till guilds are in system.

Can I join? Question too: how active is everybody? It would be nice to have a guild that I can get in on a dungeon and not wipe every 2 secs cause of all the twinks. Maybe sometime later on when guilds are released in game. I cant get to serious with this just yet because they are not in game. Im taking it one step at a time. (little steps)

No problem but btw I don't think being in a guild is all about some kind of reward system like you are looking for... I think it's about playing with all types of different people and getting to know one another and building a strong connection all together. That's what my guild is all about right now. I'll do some type of reward thing later.. Hope you make the right decision and good luck with what you choose :D

I think guilds are suppossed to be groups of friends that chat, farm, hang out with each other. Bribery is just excess and may......

well, i may not be on much anymore since taking a break (cyber killed me 150%) but i guess this looks like the tenacity replacement. so long, tenacity! i shall remember you and how we even had a (unofficially official-ish) guild uniform...
well i think my bird has FH, balefort, fathom and ice quests... so i meet that requirement. ish. meh, whatever, quests dont really mean much yet. (damn you cyber)

Can i make a suggestion. For people recruiting, Before you invite someone to the guild you should go through some of there forum posts to see if they are "semi" mature. (Other requirements)

This could save us from what happened with the other guild.

Or better yet on your forums Jespo you could make an application thread and have people submit there application there saying why they want to join and when there normally on etc. Then your recruiters and you could say yes or no to the applicant.

It would make the progress more organized.

To be non judgemental and accepting of others is a very powerful trait to develop. In society there can be a certain peer pressure to join in criticising others; there is a peer pressure to accept the gossip of the world. However, if we can be detached and non judgemental people will subconsciously respect our attitude a lot. To be really non judgemental, we should not even start criticising people who started the gossip. Honesty

Equanimity

But, if we make progress at the expense of others we will lose the respect of others. Sticking to higher principles and placing others above any temporary monetary gain is a powerful way to gain the lasting respect and appreciation of others.

I can vouch for Chickenwinu as well. The core is hard and strong.

I came looking for a guild for endgame support ( mainly totems, after killing keeper with all birds four times before he manashields, i was spoiled for the hit or miss grouping prospects of public games) & Jespo let me in after i met the reqs & he screened me in PM. I don't know many of you, except for your forum reps ( esp twink & kossi, obviously) but look forward to active guild gaming. I'm trying to add your igns posted from the group area, so that's why you see those requests...
