Item sets?

Hi everyone,

loving this game so far, but I have a question:
I have read several times that certain items can bear bonuses when worn together with other items from the same "set"?

What items would that be? And how can I see if and what the set bonus is??
For example, I have several items for my dex-archer that start out with "pirate´s" or "sniper´s" etc. etc.
Is that an indicator of a set?
I tried equipping one "sniper" item in each slot, but since there doesnt seem to be a shield, I am not sure if there simply is no set, or if I was just missing one item...

Would love to hear if anybody can shed some light on this one.

Well, the official sets are as follows.

Archer Set
Jacob's Helmet of the Void, Wraith Armor of the Void, Mega Blaster of the Void +5% Hit, +5% Crit, +2 H/s, +2 M/s, +10 Damage, +5 Armor

Enchantress Set
Overlord's Helmet of the Cosmos, Mirage Robe of the Cosmos, Mirage Staff of the Cosmos +5% Hit, +5% Crit, +3% H/s, +50 Mana, +5 M/s, +8 Damage, +4 Armor

Warrior Set
Overlord's Helmet of the Rift, Power Armor of the Rift, Sunblessed Scmimitar of the Rift, Screaming Skull Shield of the Rift +5% Dodge, +50 Health, +5 H/s, +3 M/s, +5 Damage, +12 Armor

FYI, these are lvl 50 sets :)

Not a problem.

Well, basically you can find your own set to fit your character. But so far, these sets are the ones known to have bonuses :)

There are other sets, such as the voodoo set from swamps. Not sure what the bonuses are though

Lv 35 voodoo master set for Mage, copperhead set for bear, swampthorn for archer.
Each class has only two sets at levels 35&50.

Weapons also have special's too. Like sunbless Scimitar has "Soul Leach"

also, another question (which i feel really doesn´t deserve its own thread ^^):
i have just finished all the quests i could get up until lost expedition (except for these two "eternal" quests for yeti pelts/snowballs), and i can´t seem to find any place to give me quests for swamps and/or alien oasis...

am i correct to assume that there are no quests for these areas, since the world map doesn´t show any numbers either?

There are quests for alian oasis 3, that you get once you enter the first map. I think there is also for ao2 and 3, but not sure.

thats weird, then - i did AO1, part 1 yesterday, and I didn´t see any NPCs with question marks.

OR is it a minimum level required, too, like the Frozen Nightmare Elite Quests? I´m lvl 31 atm.

If this is true and procs are the extras, what does "procs" stand for?

What about the other void, cosmos and rift items? Do they not give bonuses if combined?

For example, if I use overlords helm of void instead of Jacabs helm, will I still get the set bonus?
