issue reciveing platinum

I purchased 75 platinum twice its been 2 days and still no platinum is there a solution to this or should i keep waiting?

It should appear on your account pretty much right after you purchase it, at least it does for me. Did the transaction go through on the iTunes side? Meaning that the money was actually withdrawn from the iTunes account for the platinum but you never received the platinum?

Yeah, it should appear if you have actually purchased it already.

What payment method did you use? Or the in-game menu?

i used google and i put it on my debit card my brother said it took a day or so so i waited and still nothing

Google checkout yeah? I'm not sure about this.

But did the funds get deducted from your debit card?

I also have not received platinum I purchased. I completed the purchase yesterday morning through Google checkout, and still nothing.

I think there is a problem with Google Checkout when they are reviewing the transactions for Platinum.

I tried to buy me 75 Plat more for pots, but got declined for some weird reason. And I used all 4 cards that I had, still not going through.

Looks like I'll be going back to iTunes purchasing...

There might be a problem with the 75 platnium because my dad bought me 3 and I've logged in and told a dev and he said to contact iTunes which iTunes never responds and I'm not sure if I contacted the right place..
