joystick issue

every so often when I spawn my joystick freezes up. I am unable too move whatsoever except when using movement spells ie quick bite. It only happens when I use my ranger. I am on android jellybean 4.1.2 lg optimus f3. the only way I have managed to revert the bug is by leaving whatever zone or map I am in.
