As the thread said, is the rebalance done?

I keep changing my gears as the awesome rebalance changed the gears' stats!
Anyone knows when would the rebalance be finished?

I keep selling my gears out and buying them back.... :(

Cinco did say the cosmos/void/rift nerfs were a mistake and they will be changed. But we'll see if everyhing goes back to normal or still some changes.
