How to use a purchased respec?

Ok, so I bought 5 respecs a while ago. I'm pretty sure I had one or two more left before the big 1.5 update, but now I can't find them back!

Did the location of bought respecs change with the update? Or did my respec(s) disappear completely?

Yes they should be :/ myn are until I used 2 on accident...
