This is my first enchantress. This spell says has a self buff at lvl 1 of +8 for 12 sec and +2 hs for group. Im guessing its talking about hs here and not health points for myself but when cast it only reflects plus 2 hs, no visable self buff. Can anyone clarify this spell for me?

What it means is that when you cast the spell, it casts a +8 h/s to yourself, and a separate +2 h/s for the group.

h/s means hp per second.

Does that clear it up?

No, everyone gets 2 H/s. The self buff is armor. So you get 8 armor at that rank when you use the skill.
