Lately my lvl 20 int bear hasn't been doin so great, but I've noticed some int bears wearing that new lvl 19 pink sheilds and using that new wand... I was wondering if anyone can help me with that build, I have two or three respecs left and I wanna use them wisely... Thanks for the help!!
