Building a dual mage (str/int) with crazy equipment switching

I want to build a str and int mage. I've heard the standard 128 str and 125 int and then using lower level pinks to bump up the str so you are able to equip lvl 50 items. This seems ridiculous switching out a ton of equipment each time I want to change from a pure mage into a paladin. I just want to quickly go to a preset and voila! I am now a paladin. How can I do this?

By using the quick change slot located in your inventory beside the helm button
