How come i can increase stats and then sometimes there is +10 option?

Like after a certain level there is +10 option and I get a bonus. If I don't add stats from level 1 until maybe a higher level will i get a bonus? Thanks

Once you reach level 10, you are able to assign 10 points at once. Its purpose is to mainly just speed up the respecification if you ever respec (because pressing +10 makes it faster than rapidly pressing +1 when you have to assign 200 points). If you level up and tap +10, you actually still get +6 (you get 6 stat points per level).
