I think, there will be arcane ring/amulet with the stats similar to mythic ring (which means X str, X dex, X int and Y dmg). But according to the new itemization system, they will appear in some time after expansion release.

I'd be surprised if they did. Arcane items (as said by STS) are good for three seasons (the season it released in, and the next two seasons). I suspect the rogues will get a new arcane weapon since their old lvl 26 one will expire in this upcoming expansion. Although i would like to see some arcane armor sets...

I agree, just a rumor I heard but arcane armor would be nice to see.

Maybe theyll put quest for all arcane weapon, but the bad side here is it will be untradeable like myth armor n helm? What yall think? :3

Nobody has time to charge arcane staff in pvp. Also, the arcane staff looks good on paper, but not in action. Hope arcane shotgun comes out so mages can finally come close to being a dominant class.
