Playing this game for 1.5 month now i'm starting with the Archer Class, really enjoy the firepower against boss,
my bird is L25 now and i found it very (mana) pots consuming, since i'm spamming skills all the time, (meditation>focus>armor break>blast shot).
So, is it wise to spend spec. points on INT?

My "playstyle" with archer is simple:
As i can take down only 1 target fast, i aim mages, demons, and boss, i keep distance with enemies.

From this I'm considering buiding a dual (DEX/INT) to wear INT armor/shield items for extra M/S and a Dex weapon, for ranged dmg and good dps... is it a good idea? lol
I've read that to achieve that I need to have 126 points on each INT and DEX?

Does increasing INT will increase Skills DMGs?

more gerenal questions (mega-noobish questions.. :/)

CRITICAL HITS?
what the CRIT value stand for? for now i have Crit: 8
does that mean: my 53-62 damages turns to a 61-70 when I have a Critical hit on target? or is it just a random value?... lol.

Dodge?
same question. What the dodge value exactely mean?

Armor?
lol..

I know that the higher value, the better, but I would like to know how it works in-game.
It's my first MMO (i'm a FPSaddict) so theses values seems pretty randomish. :/

(PS: sorry for my bad english :/ )

True that you consume a lot of mana. IMO, birds consume the most due to their fast spamming skills.

I don't recommend you to use Int gear or stats, it just ruins your damage and other bonuses.

Instead of always spamming skills, why not just on some harder mobs? Like "mini bosses" or such. Your normal attacks still do pretty good damage.

You can do an int/dex, but you CANT equip int armours with a dex weapon. Not unless you use a dex weapon weak enough to have your low dex requirement.

Crit value stands for the % (if im not mistaken). So your 8 Crit would mean 8% of your attacks crit.

Same goes with Dodge, its a %.

Armour is a bit complicated, but the simple way to view it in PvE is that 1 armour = 1 damage. So your 100 armour removes 100 damage taken. And your 45 armour reduction adds 45 damage to whatever attacks to the target.

I'm level 33 and used to have the same problem.

I got meditation up to 5 and that helps. At 30 I also got some dex pinks that add m/s. I put enough points in INT to get a natural 1m/s (15 INT I think). I have the rest in Dex.

Between meditation and gear mana isn't nearly as big of an issue for me now. Also not spamming every skill as it comes up seems to help as well. There are a few I use all the time (armor break, focus). The others I save for a specific situation (e.g. boss fight, big groups, etc).

dual specing isnt that helpful/workable -__- at that lvl
there should be archer armor that gives m/s and int armour is a bad way to go as int equips got low armor

All right! Thanks for the quick replies!
After reading them i decided to go pure Dex for now, at least to reach 100% HIT, then spend 15 on it for the extra M/s
I also reduced my skills spamming, progressing in dongeons is a bit slower but way cheaper in pots.

11 int = 1 m/s not, just so you know.
