I see that a lot on the forums. And also how long does it usually take support to reply? Thanks :)
A twink a character that is created solely for PvP. If you have ever gone into PvP, they're the ones that are really well-geared and killing everybody. It takes support usually within 3 business days to reply. The studios are normally closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so they will reply on Mondays-Fridays.
