Umm I didnt really understand that but my best answer is maybe ur attribute points or characters lvl match the requirements

ur "winning things" but cannot use them because you are currently too low level to use them. Keep them and use them when you get to higher levels.

if its not your level, than i suggest you use your attribute/stat points that you get every time you level in the correct "place"
place meaning str, int, or dex
you earn 5 points per level

All the items have requirements, you can veiw them in the item descriptions. If you do no meet the requirements, attribute wise and/or level wise, you can not equip them. The items highlighted in red are ones you can not equip, the ones not highlights in red means you can (NOTE: The red highlight only shows in inventory, they don't show in shops like CS, plat shop, or merchants.)
