Passive skills question

I had 265 armor before and then I upgraded my passive skill to +3% armor and still have 265 armor?

Passive skills are not displayed currently. . Though they work in background. .
STG team is working on it since 1.5 years..
Kindly wait for 1 or more..

So I wasted skill points? It works for strength passive skill, but not armor(might).

It isnt waste but you cant see its effect visually but it works.
