Adding alternate characters

Hey guys,

I just formed my first guild for me an a few friends who will start playing in a few weeks when they get back from vacation. The main reason for the guilds creation was to share equipment and resources. The problem I'm currently having is that I have three characters, one of each type (warrior, rouge, sorcerer) and want to add all of them to the guild so that I can send useful drops from one to the other.

When I type my alt-characters name into the invite section it says "no such character" and that's it.

My friends will also probably have alts as well so I need to know how to do this.

How do you add your alternate characters to your guild?

The character has to be on-line for it to work. So have another member in your guild add your alts when you are logged onto them.
