Good day sir. I purchased platinum fot my AL character. This is my 1st time purchasing plats. Im not sure how long it will take to show up but its been half a day since i've waited. Looking forward for your resolve.

You can check the status of the order. I know it takes about six hours when I usee amazon.

A few days back my friend also experienced the same problem and he mailed STS then they said they are temporarily having problem and they will recover it soon and he got platinum in 2 days
